Group 8 offer a UK wide Collect & Return Courier Service including bespoke packaging for all Apple repairs, with a one hour collection/delivery window via DPD, or next day via premier courier partner UPS. From universities and corporates to design agencies and individual users, Group 8 have the flexibility to look after your repair requirements. Our dedicated logistics team are available if you have any queries either before collection or during the Collect & return process.
All Collect & Return repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. Not only will we work to resolve the issue that has been reported, we will run Apple diagnostics to examine your Apple product’s hardware to ensure it’s healthy and in full working order.
We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the repair process.

Apple set up my computer repair with Group 8 and I am very satisfied with the service. They call with updates on the repair of your device and they pick up the phone when you call! I had my computer repaired during the holidays and they kept it safe when the post wasn’t running so it wouldn’t sit in a mail depot.
