I struggled to find a company that could replace the battery in my 2013 MacBook Pro. I contacted Apple directly who told me they couldn’t repair it, and told me to look for an Apple service provider. I contacted quite a few companies who couldn’t help, and was about to give up, but luckily I contacted Group 8. Getting the battery replaced with Group 8 was very easy and convenient in the current Covid climate, as my laptop was collected and returned to my home. It took less than a week for the laptop to be repaired and returned to me.

Overall I was really pleased with the repair, and would definitely recommend them.

We can collect from and deliver back to any UK Post Code – it doesn’t even have to be the same address for both.

All Collect & Return repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. Not only will we work to resolve the issue that has been reported, we will run Apple diagnostics to examine your Apple product’s hardware to ensure it’s healthy and in full working order.

We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the repair process and you don’t even need to worry about packaging as it is all included as part of the service.
